We are a privately owned and 100% Brazilian industry that operates in imports and exports. We were established in 1987. Our activities began as an affiliate of the GlassColor group, A ceramic enamel productor, We are located in the city of Tietê, 145km away from the capital São Paulo and 220km from the port of Santos.
Zirconbras strives to provide, with excellence, a stable and consistent supply of Zirconium products to a highly diversified customers , supplying products for the following markets: Steel, Precision Casting, Refractories, Dental, as well as special applications.

It is a zircon sand used in the production of special steels, refractories and abrasives.

Processed free of chemicals and using only the unique physical properties of each contaminant mineral, the product is purified by electrostatic, magnetic and density separation.

It is a fine zirconium powder in meshes 325 and 200 used for the production of ceramic frits, precision casting and refractory linings.
Zircon Opacifier SW1 and PRO
Quality wich shines.
It is a product used for the production of tile ceramic enamel ,ceramic tableware and sanitary ware industries.
SW1 is the commercial name for our zircon silicate micronized, particle size separated and chemically purified zircon silicate. It is a high purity opacifier produced by a high technology process. Zirconbras PRO offers a higher performance and dispersion which can consume 30% less when compared to SW1, both products will provide greater quality and stability.

Titanium - Ilmenite and Rutile
These minerals have a dark color that with further processing turns into an opaque white powder.
Titanium minerals are sources for the production of titanium dioxide. Around 90% of this product is used as a pigment in the manufacture of paints, plastics and paper. The minerals rutile and ilmenite are also used to produce the metal alloy titanium, which has the highest strength/weight ratio of all metals and has wide application in welding.
